I came into design through information technology, and both halves show up in the work.

It means I'm useful on either side of a handoff: running the research and mapping the flows, then building the interface and the system that keeps it consistent.

I've run UI/UX analysis and built accessible prototypes inside two federal departments, designed and shipped booking and quote flows for small businesses, and built the brands around them. One of those businesses was my own, which taught me more about scoping and shipping than any brief has.
